Leah came to Kelly Price & Company with an impressive background in Commercial Real Estate and Land Acquisitions and Development. She started her real estate career under the mentorship of Central Florida’s own “Mr. Real Estate," E. Everette Huskey, and quickly immersed herself within the industry, becoming a familiar name and face to some of the top residential developers in town. After leaving Huskey Development, Leah took on a position with Tavistock-Lake Nona and became a contributing team member to the development group responsible for the design and construction of the nearly 7,000-acre mixed-use community that now serves as home to the Nemours Children’s Hospital and Orlando VA Medical Center. As the real estate market began to recover from the 2007 market crash, Leah shifted her focus from commercial development to asset management. Under the Religious Properties umbrella at CNL Commercial Real Estate, Leah managed a $100,000,000 portfolio and put her real estate expertise to use evaluating and performing pricing opinions for nonprofit organizations.
Desiring a return to her roots in residential real estate, where she could see firsthand the impact her experience and knowledge could make in the lives of those she works with, Leah joined Kelly Price & Company in 2013. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Rollins College, with a focus in Public Relations and Crisis Management, assigning Leah to oversee operations within the office was the right choice. Her ability to tackle complicated transactions and to offer simplified, yet strategic, results-driven solutions, and her incredible salesmanship has led to a career with assisted sales over $500 million. Serving as our office’s “go to” source for advice, direction, and leadership, Leah routinely inspires our agents to be the best, encouraging them every step of the way as year after year they rank as the best agents in the industry.
Over the past four years, Leah’s involvement with marketing and corporate communications has excelled the Kelly Price & Company brand and logo. Lending her critical writing skills and working as an in-house copywriter, Leah gives visual life to the distinguished homes and properties Kelly Price & Company proudly represents. Designing and developing styles for social media, the company website, and mass-media campaigns, Leah’s innovative vision and creative conceptualizations bring excitement and technology to the world of real estate, giving Kelly Price & Company a competitive edge amongst other local offices.
Intelligent and witty, delightful and full of life, Leah’s colleagues have often referred to her as the most relatable person in the office. That enthusiastic personality is partly inspired by her amazing family at home; her husband Sean and son Cason. Together, they enjoy exploring Central Florida’s greatest attractions and consider themselves active members of the Winter Park community in which Leah has proudly called home for 37 years.
